Story

It's fascinating to imagine someone being born in 950 and for his name to live for more than a thousand years later. This is the case with Erik Thorvaldsson (Erik the Red), born in Norway but who left his tracks far away from there.

As a man exiled from Norway and Iceland, he lifted his sails and discovered the land we know today as Greenland. Not only that, he set everything so his children could discover the area of the North American continent, specifically a modern-day Newfoundland.

Erik the Red caught his last breath in Greenland where a statue in his honor still stands.

Handcrafted with the same type of rope as Erik grasped to hold his sails while going into the unknown, this bracelet is for all of us who have made mistakes in the past but live with knowing that we'll do something special.

Will get you compliments for sure!
